 In 1997, WiSS entered into a joint venture with Asis AG, a leading Software Business firm of Switzerland. ASIS AG was engaged in developing and maintaining computer software to Schweizericher Baumeister Verband (SBV), the largest association of construction firms in Switzerland, who, among other activities, supplies software to its member firms.
In 1998, Asis AG shifted its complete software development to WiSS and concentrated on the marketing operations in Switzerland. This mutually beneficial strategic alliance helps us to provide quality services to our customers in Europe.
In 2003, ABBF Bausoft AG acquired Asis AG. Fresh evaluations led ABBF Bausoft AG to enter into collaboration with WiSS and at present all their software development needs is met by WiSS.
In 2004, WiSS entered into a strategic alliance with Softsol, Dubai for launching our marketing operations in Middle East. In the period hence, we have steadily increased our market presence in the Middle East. |
